The complete cold plunge maintenance schedule

Daily (1 minute)
- Skim surface debris with skimmer net
- Visual check: water clear? Any unusual smell?
- Verify chiller is running (check Inkbird display)
Weekly (10 minutes)
- Test water with 5-way test strips
- Adjust pH to 7.2-7.8 (pH Up or pH Down)
- Verify chlorine at 1-2 ppm (add trichlor tablet if low)
- Run ozone 30 min (Mon/Wed/Fri — set on timer)
- Hose off filter cartridge (2 min)
- Verify water temp with floating thermometer
- Inspect all plumbing for leaks
Monthly (30 minutes)
